Apology to those who sent inquiries through our English website inquiry form before March 1st 2010. |
Recently, we have found out that there was a fatal error in our English website inquiry system.
Due to this error, the form showed "completed" but inquiries weren't sent to us.
We have already remedied this error (on March 1st, 2010) so now it works right.
However, as we are unfortunately not sure from when the error had existed, there is a possibility that inquiries that were sent through our English website before March 1st 2010 didn't reach us.
We do apologize for this inconvenience to those who didn't receive any reply from us although they sent inquiries through our English website inquiry form.
We will work hard to make sure this never happens again, and your understanding and patience in this matter are much appreciated.
